The Open Door Clinic at St. Wilfrid’s provides free medical screening, health education, and supplemental services.

Currently located in the basement of St. Wilfrid’s Church in Camden, NJ the clinic is open the third Saturday every month providing free health screenings, health information, and bags of food.

Our mission…

Open Door Clinic at St. Wilfrid’s, in collaboration with strategic partners, seeks to offer medical services to uninsured and economically disadvantaged people in Camden City and surrounding areas to help meet their needs.

To accomplish our mission we plan to offer:

• Medical screenings
  Including blood pressure; height, weight, & BMI; heart & lung; blood sugar levels; dermatology; eye; podiatry, and dental screenings.
• Health education
  Including information on nutrition, obesity, diabetes, prenatal, hypertension, malnutrition, parenting, and ESL with emphasis on medical language.
• Supplemental services
  Including record keeping; referrals; social work to connect people with services; and hunger/food matters.
